41 min direct train (Keisei Skyliner, no changing) + 5 min taxi

From Narita Airport, Keisei Skyliner to Keisei Ueno Station would be good, it is 41 min, 2570 yen with only reserved seats. You don’t have to buy tickets in advance, you can buy tickets anytime you arrive.
You can also take Keisei Main Line, goes directly from Narita Airport to Keisei-Ueno Station, but the seats are not reserved and it takes 74 min, 1030 yen.

If you have heavy baggage, taxi would be better, it is about 5 minutes.
At Keisei-Ueno Station, you can find taxi at taxi stop in Main exit.

From Keisei-Ueno Station, you can also take East-West Megurin bus, 100 yen one-way Loop Bus, #24 bus stop. MY Building is 30 seconds walk from #27 bus stop.
At Keisei-Ueno Station you can change train to Tokyo Metro Hibiya line and go to Iriya Station too, from Iriya Station it is 7 min walk. But it takes about 5 min from Keisei-Ueno Station to Tokyo Metro Hibiya line Ueno Station (Ueno Station is so huge), it will be easier to get a taxi at Keisei-Ueno Station.
From MY Building to Narita Airport, we can catch taxis easily on the road in front of this building.
You cannot take Megurin Bus because it is one-way, for example Tozai (East-West) Megurin is going around from Ueno to Asakusa. So it is convenient to come from Ueno, convenient to go to Asakusa, but it is not good to go to Ueno and come from Asakusa.Other ways from/to Narita Airport 56 min

Tokyo Shuttle from/to Narita Airport arrives at / departs from Tokyo Station.

Narita Express (N’EX) from/to Narita Airport arrives at / departs from Tokyo Station.
If you are planning to buy Japan Rail Pass, it would be better to take this train.
From/to Tokyo Station to/from Ueno Station, take Yamanote Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line or Ueno–Tokyo Line. From/to JR Ueno Station, it is 10 min walk 10 min to Iriya Exit (+ 3-5 min walk to trains)
Haneda Airport
36 min direct train (Keikyu Line, no changing) + 5 min taxi or 47 min trains (one changing to Ginza Line) + 8 min walk
From Haneda Airport, Keikyu Line, connected directly to Toei Asakusa Line Asakusa Station would be good, it is 36 min at minimum, 570 yen. You don’t have to buy tickets in advance, you can buy tickets anytime you arrive. Please see following for details:

At Toei Asakusa Station, A2 Exit has an elevator.

From MY Building to Haneda Airport, you can catch taxis easily on the road in front of this building.
You can also take East-West Megurin Bus to Asakusa. Please get off at #30 Toei-Asakusa-Station. It takes about 23 minutes.
